I'm a Qualified Analytical Hypnotherapist.. Counsellor & Spiritual Healer
After many years battling with my own demons and trauma I've experienced from a client's prospective Counselling & Hypnotherapy.
Through my personal journey I’ve been able to navigate and understand how to react physically and emotionally through stressful situations.Set personal boundaries,to re- evaluate my expectations of others,regain control of my life
Attracting Positive behaviours and reducing negative influences.
Acknowledging my Empathic side as well as my connection with spirit, I’ve been able to use these skills within the therapy I offer.
Traumas / Triggers in our childhood have a great influence on our adult lives, shaping our personality. Events that occur in childhood can remain in the unconscious, and cause problems as adults.
Personality is shaped as the drives are modified by different conflicts at different times in childhood.
Saying that not all trauma comes from our childhood and getting to the source will help with the triggers.
Counselling is great to be able to talk and air your concerns but then after your treatment has finished where do you go then how does the pain,guilt and other ailments you carry leave you …?They don’t you bury it deep down hoping by not talking about it anymore its resolved but is it??
Not everything is from our childhood but dealing with your subconscious whilst under hypnosis will guide you to where you need to go to then release it.

More background on Reincarnation and Past Life Regression
The idea of reincarnation is that after death – an individual may be reborn into another body. This idea has existed in various religions for at least 3,000 years and in many ancient cultures for much longer – such as Shamanism, Druidism, Native American tribes and Norse mythology.
There is a widely held spiritual belief that each of us goes through a series of lifetimes for the purpose of spiritual growth and soul development. Reincarnation is closely linked to the concept of Karma – a Sanskrit term relating to cause and effect.
It is said that more people on the planet believe in reincarnation, so by implication are open to past life regression, than do not.
Past Life Regression therapy has been developed since the 1950s.
In the USA and Western Europe, studies have shown that 25% to 30% of people believe in reincarnation.
Reincarnation has been both a philosophical and a religious concept.

Will I remember the regression?
Yes, you will remember everything as I guide you through the journey. Past Life Regression is not like stage hypnosis – you won’t be doing anything you don’t remember. You will be aware throughout and in a deeply relaxed state. You’ll be answering my questions as I guide you through the journey. All you’ll need to do is relax. Just allow whatever comes into your mind to do so, and I will guide you from there.
Do I need anything special for our session together?
You will need to ensure that you can be completely undisturbed for the duration of the session (2 hours minimum) and also wear comfortable clothes so you can relax fully.
What will I encounter during the sessions? I generally take clients back into three past lives during a session. Whether we visit this many lives or spend more time focusing on one life will be decided by you. Many discover lives that they have shared with people that they have a close bond with in their present life – their soulmate family in a previous life and in a different incarnations. Others are drawn to certain places or countries that they immediately feel comfortable and familiar with. Each life explored is a journey and an adventure. Most clients have ‘Ah ha!’ moment for many days afterwards as pieces of their picture begin falling into place.
Will I receive a record of my session?
Yes. I write down all your answers to my questions exactly as you say them. I then photograph those pages and email them to you within an hour after your session has ended. You will therefore have a full record of everything you recalled during your session. The average number of pages I email a client after a session is around seven or eight.
Am I guaranteed to go back in time?
Not everyone is guaranteed to, though it’s fairly rare that someone doesn’t in my experience. Sometimes when an individual has a firm belief that past lives don’t exist, or try to critique everything that they are seeing from their subconscious, then it can create a block which doesn’t allow their mind to surrender to the experience. I find that 95% of my clients have up to three past life experiences during each regression. All you need is a healthy curiosity about the subject and a willingness to give yourself to it fully.
Can you tell me who I was in a past life?
No definitely not. Only you have access to your subconscious. My job is to help you relax and open your subconscious so that you can remember, then guide you through the process. I will not put thoughts into your mind or ask leading questions. I will only ask you to expand on what you are already seeing.
Is the process safe?
Yes, you will be safe throughout the process.
How long does a Past Life Regression session last?
The regression itself generally lasts around 1 hour and 45 minutes and this is followed with discussion about your experience. I like to talk with you before and after the session, so I would ask for at least 2 hours to be kept aside. In essence, the length of the session will be determined by what unfolds. Every session is unique.
Does my session have to be face to face, or can it be online?
I offer Past Life Regression either face to face in or online over Zoom. Zoom allows us to meet face to face online for as long as we need to. I will send you a link to access our meeting some time beforehand. Please note: you do not need to sign up to any subscription with Zoom to gain access to our online session (I take care of that part). If holding your session on Zoom, you will need to ensure that all notifications are silent throughout the session. The last thing you’d want is notifications that an email has just arrived etc.
How much does a session cost?
A session approx 2hr is £95 You can pay by bank transfer or we can forward you an invoice (PayPal) which allows you to pay quickly and safely online using a credit card.
